 The RFS Steel Vanguard Membership is crafted for every individual whose life moves on two wheels — from elite racers to daily commuters. 

•  Standard Age Limit: Open to all riders aged 18 to 64 years old.
• Minors Eligibility: Open to riders under 18 years old, provided they are official NAMSSA-sanctioned racers.
• Vehicle Owners: Must own a registered motorcycle vehicle with proof of ownership under their name.
• Eligible Vehicles: Open to all models of motorcycles, electric bikes, bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, stand-up scooters, and other ridden motor vehicles.
• Licensed Riders: Open to any motorcycle rider with a valid driver’s license, whether riding for leisure, sports, errands, or professional work.
• Commuters & Backriders: Open to passengers who use motorcycle taxis (e.g., Angkas, Joyride), commute via authorized tricycles (TODA), or backride with family, colleagues, or friends.

 All claims are processed transparently. Please compile the required evidence immediately following an incident to avoid processing delays.

1.  Official Incident Report: Secure an official report issued by NAMSSA during the event. Note: Incident reports must be logged with track officials within 24 hours of the race; late filings cannot be processed.
2. Medical Abstracts: Obtain an official medical abstract or diagnostic findings signed by your attending physician.
3. Financial Receipts: Keep copies of all official receipts (OR) for medical procedures and treatments.
4. Submission: Fill out the official SLGFI claim documents and email the entire package to onslaughter@rfsph.com.
5. Processing Window: Await an official confirmation receipt from RFS Management. Verification and release of funds may take up to 60 days from the date of completed submission.
