INSURANCE

GROUP YEARLY RENEWABLE TERM INSURANCE (GYRT)

Provides life insurance protection anytime and anywhere against any cause of death.

ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT BENEFITS (AD&D)

The AD&D Rider pays an additional amount for death due to accidental means and pays other indemnity benefits for specific accidental injuries.

ACCIDENTAL MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT (AMR)

Reimburses actual the employee hospital related expenses for the treatment of bodily injury up to the benefit.

NO EVIDENCE LIMIT

Php 100,000 up to age 65. Within the first 60 days from individual effective date, only accidental deaths will be paid. Natural causes will be only paid beyond the waiting period from individual effective date. Conditions above are subject to mandatory participation.

ELIGIBLE AGE

Shall apply as follows:

GYRT (Basic Life) - 18 to 64 years old
AD&D - 18 to 64 years old
AMR - 18 to 64 years old

AUTOMATIC TERMINATION

Shall Apply as follows:

GYRT (Basic Life) - 65 years old
AD&D - 65 years old
AMR - 65 years old

COVERAGE

If the claim results from both terminal illness and total and permanent disability simultaneously, payment of benefit shall be made as if there is just one rider, if both have equal benefits, or for the rider for which the larger benefits is payable.

NOTE: (For Racers Only)

Accidents from races not sanctioned by NAMSSA will not be covered by this accidental insurance benefits.
